I have been a member of the Igualatorio practically since I was born, 60 years ago, and what I perceive is that the services to the insured are increasingly scarce and meager despite the fact that the contributions continue to rise without stopping.
The last one was that needing to do a blood test, I went as always to the Oquiñena Laboratory, in Vitoria, and they told me that they can no longer serve IMQ policyholders because they have canceled their contract.
Fundamentally, what IMQ intends is to centralize all its services in its own centers, to give policyholders mass and non-personalized attention.
With actions like these, what I ask myself is whether it is worth continuing to pay for medical insurance, which was once characterized by personalized attention, and which is only becoming a money-saver for its policyholders.
Extremely bad experience with this insurance contracted by the company. Not recommended at all. I recommend considering any other solution.
Insurance denies tests and services on false grounds. Customer service is inefficient. They make the withdrawal process difficult by introducing additional obstacles.
Shameful service and not recommended for companies. Without just cause, they have denied medical tests to Acceleration Robotics workers against medical opinion.
In addition to this, customer service has unfairly and threateningly pressured and insisted on signing documents that implied the waiver of our claim rights. This is a clear sign of bad faith. Finally, the web infrastructure is fragile and not updated.
Highly discouraged.
They have stopped the Neurology specialist service in the entire province of Alava, without warning! and with sultry night. Leaving dozens of chronic patients stranded who have been paying for private insurance for decades
